The Luxembourg Digital Innovation Hub (L-DIH) is hosting its first webinar of the autumn season this September. This session will introduce the enhanced L-DIH platform, designed to accelerate digitalisation across a broader range of Luxembourg companies.

October marks European Cybersecurity Month (ECSM), an annual EU-wide initiative to raise awareness of cybersecurity threats and promote safer online practices across citizens and organisations. As part of this campaign, the Luxembourg Digital Innovation Hub (L-DIH) at Luxinnovation is contributing with a practical webinar designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Most SMEs already run an ERP system — yet many use only a fraction of what it offers. It is a bit like PowerPoint: everyone opens it, but few know the templates and features that save real time. The result is manual workarounds, duplicated data entry and decisions based on incomplete information.

"Governance" can sound like a topic reserved for large corporations with legal departments. It is not. Any SME that collects customer data, uses a business system or is starting to explore artificial intelligence already needs a few simple rules to stay compliant, avoid mistakes and build trust.
