Digital Skills Maturity Assesment (DSMA) service is a first-level analysis of the staff's digital skills and the company's maturity in current and desired skills. This analysis consists of an online survey dedicated to several target persons and a qualitative study comprised of individual interviews with key persons and workshops.

This analysis forms the basis of the inventory on which the recommended training plan for the company's future digital transformation will be built.

Digital Skills Maturity Assessment for SMEs in Manufacturing and Industry

The Digital Skills Maturity Assessment consists of a free of charge 360° survey developed by the University of Luxembourg Competence Centre in the context of the Luxembourg Digital Innovation Hub (L-DIH) EU project.

This unique service helps organisations from the production and manufacturing sectors to better understand and identify the skills they need to face the ever-increasing digitalisation of their activities.

Who can benefit ?

All of the L-DIH services are designed to benefit companies that are looking to enhance their digital capabilities and improve their operational efficiency.

Any registered manufacturing company in Luxembourg can benefit from the L-DIH services under the following conditions:

  • The company must manufacture/transform/assemble products in Luxembourg.
  • The company and the group owner must be under 3000 employees worldwide (A group charter will be required).
  • The registered company must sign the terms and conditions, which act as a contract between the beneficiary company and the members of the L-DIH consortium.
