Digital transformation readiness and impact pathway (D-TRIP)

Build a realistic path for your digital transformation

Transform digital maturity insights into a prioritised, evidence-based roadmap that connects realistic investments with measurable improvements in productivity, resilience, sustainability and resource efficiency.

Turn your digital assessment into actionable results

Building on your Light digital maturity assessment (L-DMA) baseline, the digital transformation readiness and impact pathway (D-TRIP) offers a deeper, personalised co-assessment of your digital state. Delivered through one or two workshops with key digitalisation stakeholders, the service employs the Luxembourg Digital Maturity & Action Framework (LuX-DMAF) to address digital gaps.

By evaluating digital capability, operational uptake, and performance metrics, D-TRIP connects technology to real business outcomes like productivity and sustainability. Instead of providing a static score, you receive a prioritised, evidence-based transformation roadmap to sequence investments realistically and drive demonstrable business value.

The service requires a total expected time investment of 120 person-hours and delivers a detailed final report.

Key benefits

Conducting D-TRIP will offer you the following advantages:

  3.  Three-layer impact analysis: It evaluates digital capability, actual operational uptake, and measurable performance outcomes such as productivity and energy efficiency
